Shipping Policy
Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Free shipping on all prepaid orders. Delivery within 2-4 business days for metro cities and 3-6 business days for other locations.
Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
- If you don’t receive your order within the estimated time, please contact us at proliftclothing@gmail.com .
Undelivered Orders
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply
Damaged / Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos/videos of the package.
- For lost shipments, claims must be raised within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- An unboxing video is required for damage claims.
